Fundraising policy up for debate

Principals at Rutherford County Schools will face new challenges to raise funds this year after learning in December that state law requires fees to be waived for economically disadvantaged students.

Riverdale High Principal Tom Nolan said his school lost $5,000 this year from homecoming activities due to the new policy. Details...
